It’s been a busy first two weeks back to teaching. I haven’t been able to track anything. Hopefully I can get back into the groove of things. It’s says I’ve lost but I’m also pretty sure my scale is broken.

Lost so far: 0.8 lb.
Still to go: 22.2 lb.
Diet followed reasonably well.
