uugh up a bit from yesterday I didn't drink as much water as I usually do and had way too much sodium so I think it's just bloating. Hope it goes away tommorow. did my chair exercises and resistance bands yesterday and some walking. starting off with water this morning and getting ready to do my exercises and some walking.
329.4 lb Lost so far: 23.6 lb.    Still to go: 109.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
