At a stand still today, which is not too bad. This weekend, food was my friend. I have to work harder when I go to these wedding receptions and parties. OMG, I'm attending another one this weekend! FOCUS FOCUS FOCUS!
190.0 lb Lost so far: 25.0 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
