no loss today, but on the bright side, No Gain!! trying to increase my protein intake and eat less starchy carbs in exchange for more fibrous carbs. Also trying to make the switch to fresh veggies and not as many canned or even frozen ones and using the steamer! And finally it's grilling season too!!! easy way to get that extra protein going!! thanks to everyone who has given me a support or commented!! always easier when you've got peeps giving a little support!!! #gottabringit
219.6 lb Lost so far: 32.4 lb.    Still to go: 39.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Nothing wrong with Frozen….Often more nutritious then Fresh. Something bought at supermarket may be a week since picked. Produce loses nutrients as soon as picked. Whereas Frozen is usually frozen soon after picking and Freezing locks in Nutients…. Now CANNED….yuck!
