Blob up, muscle down, long walk last night, ate pretty late. Waiting for adjustments to kick in. Kept under overall calories, but did a poor job fitting the protein in. Learning process. Smiling as I say that because I know how to reallocate, I just need to do it. I’ll be doing my own shopping this weekend, so should be easier.
164.5 lb Lost so far: 16.5 lb.    Still to go: 29.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

It does take planning. I've been eating too little protein lately also.

Kudos on doing your own shopping. That is one of the best ways to make sure that you have healthy food rather than junk.
