Eco-Atkins! I reached my goal weight. It's been over a year since I weighed 134. I realize Eco-Atkins may have caused water weight loss, but that only means I've been working hard and will work harder. It's so exciting to be able to revise my new goal weight. 130 is right around the corner :-)
134.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 4.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
