I should have started this road a long time ago, more like 7 years ago, now I am 31 overweight and not happy with the way I look. I will start today, no more “maybe tomorrow for me” I know I can do it, I just have to make an effort for myself, and moreover 10 kilos is nothing so it should be easy if I stick to healthy food and exercise so here I go. Today is the beginning of my new life.
