today is my 1 month appt, seeing nurse practitioner, psychologist and labs today. nervous!

219.0 lb Lost so far: 25.4 lb. Still to go: 69.0 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

was an amazing visit. im doing better then optimal ^.^ lost 7 pounds more then expected which is amazing. i hope it continues. have to wait a few days yo get blood work bk and they changed some meds around but ultimately im doing absolutely amazing!
