I'm annoyed, i've been going to the gym, but all that pigging out the last couple of weeks is finally catching up to me. I've gained four pounds in two weeks. I'm more annoyed because I can stick to a semi healthy diet throughout the day, but when I go home, my brother has cookies, Ice cream, chips and salsa, and we sit together and watch tv and pig out...We've been doing it since we were little, but he's never gained any weight from it. Not fair! I have to work my ass off to keep myself from gaining any more weight. Oh well, it stops now, he's actually trying to cut back on all that, so hopefully, things will get better.
142.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 7.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

I have the same problems I do fin all day and then once I get home I just lose control.
