Let's keep it up!!! Personal best last night, 265 pound deadlifts, 4 reps!!! Not bad for someone who had never touched a weight until January 1.
304.8 lb Lost so far: 91.2 lb.    Still to go: 104.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
