1374 kcal Fat: 39.18g | Prot: 73.92g | Carb: 196.36g.   Breakfast: Fiber ONe Honey Squares, splenda, pink grapefruit,  skim milk. Lunch: roast beef, Lay's light potato chips, Kraft light mayonnaise, Arnold sandwich thins, skim milk. Dinner: Ruffles baked cheddar and sour cream chips, swiss cheese, deli salami, sliced ham,  hoagie bun. Snacks/Other: honey nut cheerios, Weigel's fat free skim d'lite, Land o lakes butter, Thomas' hearty muffins whole grain. more...
