I'm pleased to see my weight is still heading back down - even though, looking at the graph, I haven't been getting anywhere near my goal :( Still, I am proud that I managaed to actually lose weight while on holiday. Now that I am at home, I will have better control over what I eat, so I should make better progress :) Also, I have got back into the Hacker's exercise routine, and even hit the gym yesterday!
112.0 lb Lost so far: 2.6 lb.    Still to go: 12.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
