i am pleased that my weight is still dropping, despite the random jump when i got home. seems my weight rises whenever i change location for some reason :P but it's back on track now. hopefully, before winter is up, i will have shed these 6 kilos - and hopefully for good!
111.8 lb Lost so far: 2.9 lb.    Still to go: 12.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
