Oh how time flies! A month gone already. Wish it was a higher number gone as well but at least it's not a higher number! Going to see family for 5 days and all they are talking about is the food we are going to eat. Oh joy! I'll check back in with numbers in two weeks. Not going to track while on vacation but will do before and definitely after. Main goals on trip - get my 130 or so protein in daily. I'll be happy with that. ♡
