had alot of sodium yesterday and it's showing up on me still this morning with bloating. But it will go back down. Didn't get good sleep last night either. So I will see if today is a better day for me.
335.8 lb Lost so far: 17.2 lb.    Still to go: 115.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
