1093 kcal Fat: 31.14g | Prot: 64.55g | Carb: 145.74g.   Breakfast: Honey Nut Cheerios, Thomas Bagel thins , Fat Free Strawberry Cream Cheese, Silk soy milk. Lunch: cucumber, Sweet Cherries, light wheat bread, chicken salad. Dinner: pigeon peas, Brown Rice (Medium-Grain, Cooked), Chicken Drumstick (Skin Not Eaten). Snacks/Other:  ice cream sandwich, Edys fruit bars no sugar free. more...
