I've hidden the popcorn! My mission statements: I promise to eat a bag of popcorn no more than 1x a week, and to not eat past 8:30 pm. I will not eat when I'm definitely not hungry!!!!!!!!
174.2 lb Lost so far: 88.4 lb.    Still to go: 14.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
