Ok I am feeling that lack of sleep now ... ouch! Good morning - sipping on warm water and waiting for my daughter to be ready so I can drop her at school. Gosh I need that coffee this morning! I will have to wait until I get back in order to get it done ... I may need to have 2 or more cups in order to fully wake up and get that brain working. I need to do some more creative writing on the announcement for my company - I need the brain to be firing on all cylinders!

So, interesting weight drop. After IF yesterday and one meal (I had planned more than one but was not hungry), I dropped 1 lb - that could be a give back after the sudden gain I had late last week where I jumped up 3 lbs to 208. However, I will watch this carefully without getting obsessive about weighing. One thing I have to be very careful of is to ensure that my calories are not too low - that can be counter-productive with this way of eating. It will be interesting to see when the hunger pangs kick in this time - will it hold as late as yesterday? Time will tell.

I am off to kick-start my day. Have a great day all. Be golden.

Jenn, when I did the IF and ate whole foods (no grains, no prepackaged food), I lost weight quite easily. Not sure why keeping the food intake between 12 - 8 helps you lose, but it does. I was eating potatoes, too ... sweet and white. Good luck, Warrior!!!! Growllllll!

MOM: Isn't that interesting? That's exactly why I thought it was worth it to go back to IF again ... even though I can't remember what caused the disruption. I fell off it when I was on a couple of vacations last year and then the holidays were upon us! So far so good though ... I am feeling this can work as a lifestyle change - especially with the Bulletproof coffee as part of the mix!
