another day... funny how the scales can either tip in your favor or against you ..today they are in my favor.

i have been doing the running thing this 3 mile loop where i live. the first mile and a half is up hill so i walk this section and the remainder i run... i have been at this route for a week and i feel good and have lost even though it is TOM but defin. less cramps yeah!
186.7 lb Lost so far: 26.6 lb.    Still to go: 36.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.7 lb a week
