Not walking due to poor weather. Also, my Fitbit is broken and need to replace. Had focused on getting 10k steps and eating only when hungry, smaller amounts and logged calories. Last week that was blown as had conference in DC. Now what?
Cannot seem to budge weight and I HATE dieting. Feel grateful have not gained. Since I don't have weight problem, I thought concentrating on healthy eating and exercise made sense. A personal trainer might help.
But am spending on travel this summer. Stop whining and get back to walking and lifting!
