Yes! After 6 long days of my weight staying the same or going up by a random pound, I worked out really hard last night, and this morning, success! I was really weak as a kitten this time last week, but now I'm feeling much better. Looking forward to losing more!
204.5 lb Lost so far: 9.5 lb.    Still to go: 29.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
