After my slight "wobble" on Tuesday (pasta cabonara for lunch), I'm back on track yesterday & today.
I added up my points for Tuesday & even with the lunch (which didn't sit well, by the way) I still only ended up 1 point over for the day.
So, I guess that goes to prove, this CAN be a way of life where OCCASIONNALY you can have what you REALLY want

good for you. i know a lot of WW's that wouldn;t even had tried to add up the points after eating something they thought was a wrench in the diet. way to go and be honest - great journalling - that's the key it seems!
