Dang it. I was sure I had lost this week and wound up gaining a pound. I'll make up for it next week tho.
306.0 lb Lost so far: 3.2 lb.    Still to go: 167.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Calories in and calories out. Great attitude though. I'd be frustrated as heck if I thought I lost and ended up gaining. Kudos to you!
