I haven't been as faithful keeping my journal, but I've been pretty good so far this week. have the weekend to get thru, but I don't intend to mess it up this week. Did lose last week, but less than a pound and I want to do better. It does feel good to see that I have gone down three weeks in a row tho. Been a while since I've accomplished that. I really want to keep it up ... or rather down lol.
I'm missing going to the gym tho. The scheduling just hasn't meshed this week. Paul has had a class on combat rescue and Julia's schedule is never fixed. She was supposed to be home by 3 yesterday ... platoon sgt. time ... but it got changed and she didn't get home til after 5. I think I'll buy a bike.
