AGH!!! I guess i will always have to watch my diet and always have to excercise and accept that as a lifestyle. whenever i just eat whatever- i gain weight, quickly. Am I willing to be healthy on these terms-yes! Am i willing to take responsibility for my health and happiness? yes! Am i willing to take control over what i put in my mouth? yes! Am i willing to excercise in some form or another (except for work) Everyday in order to be fit and happy-yes!
