Had a good workout last night. Decided to switch things up, all my biceps work was with dumbbells. I forgot how intense the pumps can be. Considering I didn't start lifting until Jan. 1, and had to take a break in April due to elbow tendonitis and a forearm strain, the fact that I got my first 35 pounds concentration curls in makes me happy. No cheater curls, either. Also almost got a full set in on preacher curls. It won't be long before I'm curling 40 pounds.

A shoulder injury set me back on my shoulder work, I had been up to 40 pounds on lateral raises. I was just able to resume on those, and I'm already back up to 25 pounds, muscle memory will have me back to 40 pounds again in short order.
316.4 lb Lost so far: 79.6 lb.    Still to go: 116.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
