1/2 a stone in a week 🤯🤯 I was down more but fluctuating seems to be happening and it’s higher on scales today 🙄 but still an amazing loss
188.7 lb Lost so far: 10.6 lb.    Still to go: 23.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
