Interesting stuff. Blob down, muscle and water up. Longer walks every night lately. 5am weight. Puppy class tonight, so will be rowing for a change.
164.9 lb Lost so far: 16.1 lb.    Still to go: 29.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
