Thank you Hun!! Been trying to focus back again, on being strict with my intakes and getting my NEAT levels up again after a hiatus. At the moment, I can't bear to look at myself so I've been terrible about the gym, but, trying to do lots more outdoorsy stuff now the weather is good! I hope it continues, can't believe I shot up over 160 so quickly after all this time. Goes to show that you lose a little attention become complacent, and at over thirty it just piles on sooooo fast. Hope you all have nice weekend of mindfulness and healthfullness x
