I had a horrible week and I blame the lack of good foods I had in the house. With Jason out of town last week I didn't do a normal shopping day because I had both kids with me at the store so I picked up odds and ends which caused us to lack fresh fruit and veggies in the house leading me to eat crap or eating out more. Next week I hope to get back to better eating and working out more.
