home scale and am I'm so happy that I didn't gain any weight the last couple days eating way to much sodium and back at the grind this morning and doing better than I did over the holiday .
340.8 lb Lost so far: 12.2 lb.    Still to go: 120.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
