Started my no refined sugar week on monday. Has mainly helped with avoiding afternoon tea at work and after dinner snacks. Still doing exercise but not 2 hrs each day loke last week. Feeling good. Pretty determined to get to 62 next week.
139.8 lb Lost so far: 8.4 lb.    Still to go: 5.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.2 lb a week
