facing challenges with new Rx for sleep that is not only useless but also causes increased appetite, dizziness, clumsiness, extreme brain fog, AND muscle weakness. After trying this script for only about a week I'm titrating down to get off it!!Needless to say, staying on track working out is very challenging. I started using chia seed again for help with appetite issues, and that's helping some.

159.8 lb Lost so far: 2.2 lb.    Still to go: 7.8 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

1345 kcal Fat: 38.07g | Prot: 68.67g | Carb: 169.70g.   Breakfast: Nature's Path Organic Oatmeal, baby spinach, agave syrup, blueberries, kiwi fruit. Lunch: wild rice, 4 Cheese Mexican, Cucumber (Peeled), Wegmans Slider roll, Ground Venison. Dinner: plantain chips, wild rice, Salmon, red wine. Snacks/Other: Terra Red, Stripes, and Blue chips, Joseph's Sugar Free Cookies. more...
