home scale and am I am so happy that the scale is continuing to go down especially since I had a Whopper yesterday from Burger King and felt awful after .
still drinking water and only one Mt dew but trying to get exercise in doing chair exercises and standing up little bit at a time.

341.2 lb Lost so far: 11.8 lb.    Still to go: 121.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
