Just saw your entry roll through on my page and wanted to say - keep trying. For years I did the low calorie, low fat, weight watchers type thing and I didn't get anywhere but up to 325 pounds. I've been doing an Atkins-like diet for the past couple of months and have dropped 36 pounds. For me, the carbs and sugars make a HUGE amount of difference. I'm eating more, moving less than I was on the low fat/low calorie diet but I'm actually LOSING weight instead of gaining it. Not saying that will be the case for you but more of the idea that diets aren't a "one size fits all" and if you keep trying you will find what works for you. If you're interested in the low carb stuff - check out the comedy-documentary "Fat Head" on Hulu or any of Gary Taubes lectures posted on YouTube. Good Luck.
