Always a constant battle, but you have to stay strong… my battle started at 240lbs. Need to be relentless, must do SOME form of exercise daily and must watch calories! Good luck, I can only wish you the same luck that I have had!
166.0 lb Lost so far: 64.0 lb.    Still to go: 6.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
