Hot garage, intense workout. I did it, I did it!! Two reps at 225 pounds, flat bench press. I've done a two plate lift on all three of the major compound movements: squats, deadlifts and bench press!!!
And I have a new heavy lift as well, 245 pounds, barbell shrugs.
I've always been blessed with a nice set of traps, even untrained. Now that I am pushing them hard, they really define my neck and upper body, from the front and behind. I want to be shrugging 300 pounds, minimum, by the end of summer.
