home scale and am also I ate subway yesterday and went way over the carbs I was eating. was still in my calories but alot of sodium also and I think with way to much sodium and carbs my weight went up now time to buckle down and do what I was doing eating chicken tenders and drinking water.
347.2 lb Lost so far: 5.8 lb.    Still to go: 127.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
