Keeping at it, been fighting a bum left shoulder, actually got some lateral lifts in last night. If my shoulders can hold out, I think I can get them stabilized again and get back after it.
318.0 lb Lost so far: 78.0 lb.    Still to go: 118.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Awesome dedication! I am working though an elbow injury now. But, if it still hurts during today’s lifts, I am going to have to take a couple of weeks off from upper body training to let it heal. Sucks. But, not worth the risk of long term damage. Body needs time to heal from time to time.
