Crack of dawn weight for a super early meeting. 3.1 miles last night, cut short due to time constraints. Life happens. So do sunsets. Got some nice pics, but on the app so maybe later.
162.4 lb Lost so far: 18.6 lb.    Still to go: 27.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
