Chance and I have been working on increasing mileage and speed together. Just shy of 4 miles last night. Feels good.
162.5 lb Lost so far: 18.5 lb.    Still to go: 27.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

And OMG, Chance is amazing to walk. He keeps pace with me, but when I let him run, he is crazy fast.
