Up & down, up & down! Last Monday, I was at 312-313, so this is a drop. Have FINALLY seemed to settle into the start of consistency with food/meals/calories since Wednesday, so hello weight loss! :)
306.6 lb Lost so far: 48.4 lb.    Still to go: 8.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
