This is the correct amount of lb I weighed after 3 weeks, which means I've lost close to 13.22lb.

Plan: Watching my calories, walking 40 minutes a day+meal plan.



357.6 lb Lost so far: 12.4 lb.    Still to go: 57.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
