160.5 lb Lost so far: 11.5 lb.    Still to go: 6.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Very happy with my progress.Finally feel like I have found something that can become a lifestyle and not just a diet. Been on the 5:2 program for four weeks now. Viewing food in a completely different way.Stoked.
