felt so good to hit the gym hard yesterday...finding it's not about putting hours in the gym each day as long as the days I'm there I don't mess around and get my routine done and keep that heart rate up!! nice to feel some tone coming back and that the soreness is starting to go away as my muscles are starting to get back into shape!!
222.2 lb Lost so far: 29.8 lb.    Still to go: 42.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
