Thanks Joe. Trying to get down the right calorie and macro balance. My metabolism has gone up a lot. I am eating more calorie now than when I was heavier.

It's hard but it's all trial and error. You'll get it I say little increases are the best. Upping it 200 to 300 calories a day as opposed to those who go up by 500 to 1000s which is when you get more fat than any chance of adding muscle.

It is crazy how you can eat more and not gain. Too bad it didn't work that way when we were overweight🤣ONLY IN OUR DREAMS.
