I juice a lot so I drink about a quart of fresh juice daily, usually a mix of carrots, beet and celery. I always have a smoothie for breakfast: 12 oz of almond milk, 12 oz of orange juice, 2 cups of kale or spinach 3 heaping tablespoons of ground flax seed, 2 heaping tablespoons of hemp protein powder, 1 banana and about 1 1/2 cups of frozen mixed berries - all organic. My husband and I split this and keeps me filled up until lunch. Lunch is a red bell pepper with hummus or a salad with chick peas and balsamic vinegar - I really like a spinach and arugala mix. With the cold weather I have been hooked on making soups, mostly vegetable or split pea soup. Perhaps a little monotonous, but I just don't focus on food now that I have given up the addictive white sugar and white four.
