back from a 3 day retreat ✨️ not bad!! we were fed quite healthy, but I wasn't hitting my protein goals and had more fresh fruit than I have had in years. it was all delicious 🥰
136.6 lb Lost so far: 61.3 lb.    Still to go: 9.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
