I am fasting intermittently (Eat-Stop-Eat). I have a separate app I use to track my fasting time. When I put down the fork, I start the timer. So far I have fasted 55h, 20h, 54h, 13h, and am currently fasted for 43h. While fasting, I consume black coffee and water.

I’ve seen some other members say they get the same great results from fasting….Along with some of the health benefits it brings. Seems like it really works for you guys and I think I may try incorporating it into my WOE. I understand we all need to eat healthy and maintain balance once we get to our desired weight but I need something to help get me there first!! Thankyou for your response!!🙂

I had a conversation with my husband yesterday about buying frozen veg so I can easily include veg in my meals. I look forward to the variety and trace elements!
