I'm on point with my diet, but I've started packing on some serious muscle. Especially my upper back, shoulders, chest and quads. Major bulk going on!!!
320.2 lb Lost so far: 75.8 lb.    Still to go: 120.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
